Delivery 

Local Cardiff deliveries will be on Fridays between 12 and 8pm. Orders must be placed before 11pm the previous day for guaranteed next day delivery. 

If no one is home when we attempt your delivery, we will try to leave your order in a safe place or with a trusted neighbour. Please leave instructions if you have a preferred safe place or favourite neighbour.

FREE delivery when you spend £40 or more, all other deliveries incur a £1.50 charge.

Contactless delivery is available within these Cardiff postcodes: CF3, CF5, CF10, CF11, CF14, CF15, CF23, CF24, CF64. Please contact us via email if you have any questions about delivery locations not mentioned above.

Click & Collect

Friday 4-8:30pm

Saturday 2-8:30pm

Same day click & collect is available from 15 minutes after the order is placed.

Please make sure to choose a time of collection as well as a date when choosing this service so that we can limit the amount of people collecting at the same time and make sure there is someone available to process your order.

Shipping

We currently ship to England and Wales for a standard rate of £12.95 (for up to 12 bottles).

FREE shipping for any orders worth £110 or more.

Your order will be processed, packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Our wines are shipped with APC overnight, guaranteeing a fast delivery whilst also allowing you to track your order for peace of mind. 

Please get in touch if you would like information about shipping to mainland Scotland.

Wine tasting packs are shipped for £4.50 (single pack) or £6.95 (double pack) unless special guaranteed next day/weekend delivery is required, in which case the cost will be higher depending on the chosen delivery method.

Subscriptions

Cancelation Policies

Monthly Subscription Saver - 3 months (save 5%) - must fulfil two payments before cancelation.

Monthly Subscription Saver - 6 months (save 10%) - must fulfil 3 payments before cancelation.

Monthly Subscription Saver - 9+ months (save 15%) - must fulfil 6 payments before cancelation. Please note your subscription will automatically renew every month unless you pause or cancel from the customer portal.

Subscriptions can be paused and resumed as needed from the customer portal without incurring any fees.

Returns Policy 

If you believe your wine to be corked or damaged please let us know within 14 days of your purchase and we will happily offer a replacement or refund.

Discounts & Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be used to make online purchases and can also be used to purchase wine tasting tickets, virtual or otherwise. Gift vouchers do not expire but cannot be used for in-person sales. 

Please note that your gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you have been issued a discount code, this must be used on the website and cannot be used for any in-person purchases. Discount codes cannot be redeemed for cash and any refunds will be issued via a new discount code for the amount refunded.

Challenge 25 Policy Terms & Conditions

This proof of age policy is agreed in writing by Vin Van Caerdydd and Cardiff Council and will be enforced. 

Website - Customers ordering online will be required to prove that they are 18 years of age or older before entering the website AND before completion of purchase.

Delivery - A challenge 25 policy will be employed where anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 will be asked for identification upon delivery. The only type of ID that will be accepted is a PASS accredited ID, passport or photo driving licence. If a customer fails to provide identification on delivery then the delivery will be refused and a refund will be given, subject to a 20% administration fee. Deliveries will not be left with anyone under the age of 18 years.

Click & Collect - A challenge 25 policy will be employed where anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 attempting to collect alcohol will be asked for identification. The only type of ID that will be accepted is a PASS accredited ID, passport or photo driving licence. If a customer fails to provide identification on collection then the order will be refused and a refund will be given, subject to a 20% administration fee.
