More Info: This wine is the lovechild of two Aussies who wanted to explore the secrets of high-altitude viticulture and make exciting and expressive wines at a price point that is accessible to everyone.

Pinot Grigio grapes are grown at the foot of the Asutralian Alps at 750 meters above sea level. The altitude slows the grape ripening and reduces yields to produce grapes of even higher quality. The grapes are hand-harvested early in the morning to preserve the natural acidity before being pressed as whole bunches. Only the juice from the first portion is used, which is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then aged on its lees for 6 months before bottling.

Take It To The Grave refers to the Mexican Day of the Dead, a well-known celebration of the temporary return of deceased relatives and loved ones, where the altar is filled with "ofrendas" (offerings). Food, flowers, pictures and, of course, alcohol are always there, because this remembrance of the dead is a true celebration.
