Tasting Notes: A fresh style of Pinot Noir with delicate aromas of redcurrants and red cherries. A smooth palate with red fruit flavours, sweet spices and supple tannins that add structure. Lingering red cherry and raspberry lead to a long finish.

More Info: Named after the migration of whales which occurs every year. These majestic animals travel thousands of kilometres between the food-rich waters of the Antarctic to the warmer waters of South Africa, South America and the Great Australian Bight. 

Macedonia has a rich winemaking history, with the oldest archaeological findings dating back to 13 century BC. Today, Macedonia has around 24,000 ha of vineyards with the two main varieties being Vranec (red) and Smederevka (white).
