More Info: João has been making minimal intervention wines since the get-go, following from his father's footsteps as opposed to a trend. His wines are made from quality grapes and without the use of inorganic treatments. This wine in particular was bottled with some residual sugar that started a second fermentation, allowing a "happy accident" to occur.
