More Info: The Polkura Random project was born in 2015 when Sven and Gonzalo decided to start producing their own wines instead of selling all their quality grapes to other wineries. They plant a number of different red grape varieties and depending on the harvest, will include a different amount of each one. This means that no vintage will ever be the same and with only 3200 bottles produced each year, they really are unique!
