More Info: Pacha Mama is the Incan earth goddess who symbolises fertility and harvesting. In the Andes they respect her power. This is her Chardonnay from the Yarra Valley. It's vibrant yet complex and all about balance. Get in touch with your inner deity and raise a glass to Pacha Mama.

The grapes for this wine are hand-picked and then whole bunches are pressed in tank to gently settle for 12 hours without enzymes. The juice was then racked with lots of light fluffy solids to puncheons for a wild ferment. Lees stirring for approx. 6 weeks post ferment and was left until it was racked for blending just prior to bottling. No fining was used.

It then spends time in a combination of old and new French oak barrels.
