More Info: The grapes were delicately harvested in the cool of the dawn, then transported to the winery and immediately de-stemmed into an open top fermenter. The juice remained on skins for 15 days with gentle plunging to extract all the goodness without over extracting the tannins. Then put it in old oak barrels before racking, fining and bottling.
Cloak & Dagger was inspired after spending time making wine in Italy, living the Italian way of life and enjoying good wine, food and moments with friends and family.

The labels tell the story of the wine in each bottle with some botanicals hints about the flavour profile of the wine. The Cloak is a velvety and soft Sangiovese, The Dagger has the steely acidity of the Pinot Grigio but all our wines are made with passion and love to be enjoyed with those you love to be with."
