More Info: This wine is made using Syrah grapes from the 35-year old trellised Syrah vines, grown on sandy soil at an altitude of 400 meters. The climate in the area is particularly dry with great variations in temperature between the summer and the winter, which is ideal for the fruit to reach its peak ripeness. The wine then spent twelve months’ aging in 500-liter French oak barrels.
