More Info: Bodegas Latué is a cooperative based in La Mancha, Spain. 600 growers cultivate 6200 hectares of vines, which benefit from warm summers, cold winters and low rainfall. Most of the vines are grown organically, focusing on producing the most authentic expression of each grape variety. This wine underwent additional skin contact prior to fermentation in order to draw out more colour and flavour, producing a seriously aromatic and textured white.
