The Jasci family have been producing wine for three generations, being one of the first vineyards in Italy to turn to organic viticulture in the 80's. The decision was made when the current winemaker's mother was getting sick and they realised it was due to treatments used in the vineyard. Everything changed overnight and they haven't looked back since.
