The vineyard includes a colony of bees that helps with pollination and produces organic honey. The estate has been growing olive, lemon, orange and almond trees for centuries, adding to the natural aromatics of the region. They encourage weeds to grow in between the vines that attract the right kind of insects and maintain a unique micro-organism below ground. The same style of approach is used in the winery where they have a minimal intervention style of winemaking, allowing the wines to speak for themselves.
