The Parra Jimenez estate, run by three brothers Francisco, Javier and Luis, has been certified organic since 1995. They farm 180 hectares of vineyards biodynamically in La Mancha, Central Spain, where the continental climate is ideal for grape growing. Their aim is to produce organic, honest wines.
